What's required
AEO API access requires a Pro plan. Starter and Growth plans cannot authenticate to /v1/aeo/* endpoints — requests from those plans return HTTP 402.

What's included in Pro
The Pro plan includes 10 tracked prompts at no additional cost. Each prompt is a query (e.g., "best CRM software") that gets scanned daily across all configured engines and countries.

Need to track more than 10 prompts? Add the AI Visibility Prompts addon.

What counts as one prompt: One tracked query — for example, "best project management software for remote teams" — associated with a brand and a country. Each prompt is polled across all configured engines in every daily scan cycle. One prompt, one query, daily data across every engine you've configured.
The math: $100/month for 100 prompts. That's less than a single mid-tier SEO tool subscription, and you get daily AI visibility data across 4 engines for every prompt you track.
You can purchase multiple addon units. If you need 300 prompts, add 3 units ($300/month). Addon units stack.
Rate limits
All /v1/aeo/* endpoints share the same rate limits:

Exceeding either limit returns HTTP 429. See Rate Limits for retry guidance.
Cancellation and data retention
Cancel anytime from app.reddgrow.ai/settings/billing. No contracts, no minimums.
Your historical scan data is retained for 90 days after cancellation. If you reactivate within that window, your full scan history is still accessible. After 90 days, data is permanently deleted.
Manage billing
All billing changes — upgrading, adding addon units, cancelling — happen at app.reddgrow.ai/settings/billing.
